You will learn how to use AI image and video tools to expand ideas fast, prototype story worlds, and translate a concept into a “living storyboard” made of short clips. This is a practical lab for creative professionals who want to explore narrative worlds, visual systems, and rapid iteration. We are in the middle of the most significant shift in creative production of our generation. AI accelerates routine tasks, but it also changes how ideas are formed. The real skill gap is not “knowing tools.” It is learning how to steer AI without losing authorship, taste, and critical judgment. This lab focuses on what AI is genuinely good at: divergent exploration, rapid visual variation, and prototyping worlds before committing to one final direction. We treat AI as a sketch partner, not as a creative authority. Who this workshop is for: This is an intensive lab for designers, creative directors, strategists, marketers, educators, founders, and makers who want to: 1. build narrative worlds for brands, products, campaigns, or immersive storytelling 2. prototype faster, generate more options, and then sharpen direction 3. learn how to critique AI outputs and avoid “prompt luck” thinking No prior AI experience required. Advanced participants will still benefit through workflow depth, critique methods, and storytelling structure. What to expect: · structured prompting (not endless prompting) · reference-driven consistency · variation control and selection logic · building a world bible board in Miro Result will be a LIVING STORYBOARD (Transfer + Production) Turning still worlds into motion: short clips, micro-scenes, transitions, and narrative beats. You create a “living storyboard”: a sequence of short AI video clips that express your world. We also include a critical layer: quality control, hallucination detection, and ethical checks (what you can and cannot responsibly claim with AI-generated content).
