TM
COLLABORATE CONSCIOUSLY + CREATIVELY WITH AI
Workshops, courses, and retreats that strengthen creativity,
critical judgment, and human direction.

Creativity and innovation are human.
Imagination, emotion, embodiment, and conscious
presence are needed to work creatively.
Human intelligence is not just analytic, but built on our ability to imagine what does not yet exist.
AI expands this capacity.
It does not replace human creativity but can enhance it. AI acts as an amplifier, a mirror, and a critical collaborator, widening the field of possibility, ideas, directions, and futures.
It challenges habits, shows our blind spots, accelerates exploration. AI opens cognitive and aesthetic spaces, we could not access alone.
FLUXUS™
FLUXUS™ is our approach to promote some of the most important future skills: creativity, flexibility, and adaptability. It treats the Human–AI relationship as a dynamic process that requires awareness, curiosity, and discernment. It emphasizes community, intentionality, critical thinking, and meaningful purpose.

02. Future Scenarios Lab
One-day workshop
Use signals of change, speculative questions, visualization, and AI-assisted prototyping to explore possible futures.

03. From Idea to Impact + AIDT
Project Development on a case study - One-day workshop to six-day courses
For participants developing a product, service, educational concept, campaign, or passion project. We will use the AI-assisted Design Thinking Model AIDT.
Outcome: a defined challenge, expanded set of ideas, selection criteria, and visual prototype.

04. FLUXUS - Embodiment & Creative AI
One to Five Day Retreat
For beginners and curious people who want to connect 5Rhythm workshops with Creative AI exploration. The Embodiment activities anchor us in the present moment, and the AI activities activitate our creativity, curiosity and critical thinking.

05. AI Creative Playground
A six-session discovery lab for beginners and curious creators - live online course
A playground full of tips and inspirations for beginners and curious creators who want to develop a passion project through playful experiments with text, images, video, sound, and storytelling. We are building AI workflows and creative habits that last beyond the course.
Outcome: a personal creative project and an ongoing creative habit.

06. Know Yourself First
2-h workshop or half day
AI can generate almost anything, but it cannot decide what makes you tick.
Through playful visual inquiry, participants explore their tastes, influences, values, moods, materials, styles, and preferred ways of working. These discoveries are translated into a personal reference board, visual vocabulary, creative criteria, and reusable prompt library.
Outcome: A personal creative compass moodboard that helps participants direct AI with greater clarity and create more intentional, consistent, and recognizable results.

I highly recommend Ulrike’s MidJourney seminar for designers, illustrators and creative directors. As an early adopter of MidJourney, and as an established creative director herself, Ulrike’s knowledge of MidJourney shows how A.I. can be useful as a tool to enhance the creative process and possibilities of A.I. assisting your workflow. I really enjoyed joining other creatives from around the world.
